For coordinators

Create a team link.

One unguessable URL you can paste into a team email, a Slack channel, or your volunteer newsletter. Volunteers click, take the 5-minute quiz, and contribute anonymously to your team’s aggregate breakdown without ever revealing their individual results to you or anyone else.

Just a label for your dashboard. Up to 80 characters. We do not collect your name or email.

How it works

From link to dashboard in five steps.

  1. 01

You generate a team link here.

You can give it an optional label (e.g. "City Library Volunteers") so it looks right on the dashboard. We do not collect your email or name.

  2. 02

You share the link with your team.

Paste it into any channel that reaches them. The volunteers click, take the 5-minute quiz, and get their personalized result, fully anonymous.

  3. 03

Their results aggregate onto your dashboard.

Each completion adds to your team's bucket counts: which of the six styles dominates, what the team's Connection Reach distribution looks like.

  4. 04

After at least 5 responses, the dashboard reveals the breakdown.

Below five, no buckets are shown. Small numbers can identify a single person, and that breaks the anonymity promise. The chart appears the moment the floor is reached.

  5. 05

    You read the dashboard.

Aggregate-only, ever. No per-volunteer styles, no demographics by team member, no identifiable info. Bookmark the dashboard URL. Anonymity means we cannot recover it for you if it is lost.

Privacy guarantees

What the dashboard never shows.

  • Individual results: no per-person primary style, no per-person scores.
  • Names, emails, IPs, or any other identifying info: none of it is collected.
  • Aggregate buckets below 5 completions: small numbers can re-identify.
  • Hidden research dimensions (Service Orientation, Identity Score) per team.
